01 Company acquires customer-trusted global management system certification
Having adopted the global management system, Yura Corporation engages in sustainable quality management activities. It has acquired quality certifications that satisfy all the requirements of the automotive industry and the diverse-ranging standards required in different parts of the world. Furthermore, we employ professionals (VDA 6.3 judges etc.) to support the quality management systems of European automotive OEMs.
02 Front-Loading Quality Control Activities
Quality control at Yura Corporation starts with product development. We apply Front-Loaded Design, using sophisticated software for preliminary analysis of expected problems through simulation. We use prototyping to check both product and process design quality. Using a Quality Gateway System through the development process, we ensure the mass-production quality at an early stage.
03 Running the Global Real-Time Quality Monitoring System to Supply Zero-Defect Products
Yura Corporation maintains homogenous quality by operating MES + (on-site management system) and YBIS (a general information management system) that enables real-time monitoring and feedback on the quality of the manufacturing processes.
